Authentication & User Management

Login with email and password. System supports four user roles:

Administrator Full access
Manager View all data
Surveyor Manage own records
User Basic access
Default Admin: admin@mpwt.gov.la / admin123
Admins can create new users and assign roles through the User Management interface.
